2. TERMS OF USE
General
Image Ability Limited provides programmes and services as detailed on this website. By registering for one of our programmes or by using one of our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2.1 Services
Services provided by Image Ability include online and off-line coaching, telephone consultations, online video, group seminars and personal (1:1) consultations.
The following termsapply to all consultations, coaching and mentoring programmes and to the content delivered either for, or during those sessions.
Booking: The Programme will be provided over the course of a period of time agreed at the time of registration and may be delivered by a combination of online sessions, telephone sessions and one-on-one (1:1) sessions as detailed at the time of registration.
The date and time of all telephone sessions and 1:1 sessions are as set out by us but are subject to change. We will provide you with as much notice of any change as possible but we shall not be liable for any change to such dates or times.
Delivery: The 1:1 sessions may be held at your home or in third party venues such as hotel meeting rooms.
Prices: All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and are quoted exclusive of VAT sales tax unless stated otherwise. Taxes relevant to your country of origin will be calculated and added before final payment is requested.
British and EU customers pay VAT (sales tax) which will be itemised and automatically added at the checkout for applicable products and services. A VAT invoice is available on request.
Payment: The total price payable for the programmes are as set out at the time of registration and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.
We use PayPal or BACS to take secure payments and do not collect or hold any credit or debit card details.
Changes: If you arrive late for a 1:1 session, we will try to extend the finish-time but, if this is not possible, the session will end at the scheduled time and we will not be obliged to refund you any amounts paid in relation to such a session.
Cancellation: You may cancel the Booking within 14 days of the date of your registration. Please contact [email protected] stating your wish to cancel and we will provide you with a full refund. we will endeavour to reschedule the session to a mutually convenient date and time. If you provide us with less than 48 hours’ notice we may not be able to reschedule the session and we shall not be obliged to refund you any amounts paid in relation to that session.
Confidentiality: We acknowledge that, in the course of the Programme, we will have access to your confidential information and we agree not to use or disclose to any third party such confidential information.
You agree to keep user details and your password for the site confidential at all times and to not disclose them to any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Intellectual property: We are the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual Property Rights and all other rights in the programme and all content within the programme and nothing in these Terms or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the intellectual property rights to you or to any other person.
We will endeavour to ensure that all information that we provide is accurate and up-to-date but we shall not be liable for any claims arising from such information being inaccurate or not up-to-date.
